Are federal workers overpaid?

We Answered:

NO. IN fact if you look at federal employees with comparable education and training to a private sector employee you'll find the federal employees make on average about 20% less.

I bought a car and got a receipt of sale but didnt sign a bill of sale can i get a refund?

We Answered:

Sorry for you situation. Your best bet is to file against him in small claims court. The clerks in your county court system can help you with filling out the necessary forms and filing the case. (The court clerks can not help you with legal questions, so don't bother asking.) The cost of filing and to get notification service on the other party will cost about $125.00 It sounds like this person your bought the car from has no defense, so even if you get him served, he may not show up in court. That means you win and receive a judgment, but it's your responsibility to collect. If you know where he works, you can garnish his wages after receiving a judgment. This is a very time consuming, but it's very satisfying to get your just rewards, you just have to put in the time, and expense.

Good luck.

Buying used car from private seller?

We Answered:

You will need to take the information on the vehicle (VIN, year, make) to an Insurance Agent & get the insurance before you get the vehicle. Then take the information on the vehicle along with the proof of insurance to the DMV (do not take the vehicle). They will either register the vehicle at that time or issue you a moving permit to have the vehicle inspected.

Where can I find the REQUIREMENTS by Minnesota for practicing mental health counseling/therapy?

We Answered:

Every mental health profession has a different licensure requirement. Check out the website below. You can change your profession over and over to find out what you need to do. Good luck!

For example, requirements for an LMFT, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Master's degree level.
Requirements:
-Age of majority;
-Good moral character as determined by the Board;
-U.S. citizen or lawfully entitled to remain and work in U.S.;
-At least two years supervised post graduate experience in marriage and family therapy satisfactory to the Board (completion of a masters or doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy from accredited program); and
- examination approved by the Board.

Regarding your education, remember there are many grants, loans and scholarships you could be qualified for! School counselors will help you find the best options considering your current economic and fiscal status. I'm not sure if you're trying to foot the bill alone or if you'd be willing to accept some assistance. One nice option is that if you do get a mental health degree and then work in low-income communities for 2 years, your loans are forgiven. Just a good option for a lot of people.

Did the hate filled liberals appologize for their hate speech blaming conservatives for the Kentucky suicide?

We Answered:

Why would they? It doesn't fit into their world view.
