I can try to answer the Medical Records questions.

There are many different jobs in medical records, there are RHIT, RHIA, analyist specialists, scanners, results reporting, release of information. They all basically work with medical records, to put it simply. They follow the laws set forth by HIPAA, they put charts together, make sure charts are complete, report results to ordering physicians, Release of Information works with subpoenas, insurance companies, patients, and other requesters for records releases. Unless you are an RHIT or RHIA the pay is not that great. In my position, Release of Information, I get an hourly and incentive pay because medical records costs $1.00 per page and I produce about 5,000-10,000 pages a week.
