Insurance will vary from state to state. Contact your insurance company or just call geico or progressive--they're open 24 hours a day and will answer your questions for free.

A small moped like you're describing will probably not have a title but you'll still need registration and plates if you're going to operate it on local streets. The cost varies from state to state but probably around $50 a year. Especially if there's no title make sure you get a bill of sale from the seller and verify the information with his driver's license. It just needs to say the date and the vehicle (including the VIN) and the selling price and both names of the buyer and the seller. This way you'll have some proof he sold it to you if you need it for some legal reason in the future.

Bear in mind a 49cc bike will probably have a max speed between 30 - 40 mph and won't be allowed on some roadways (all interstates and some highways).

you will get ticketed and probably confiscated the 30 days is for transfer of registration so unless you traded in a registered car do not drive it and you should not even be able to drive it off of the lot unless the dealer gave you a temp tag

Not really. Some will insure them and a few will not. Most all will cut the value by at least 10 to 15 percent on a pay out if your salvage titled car is totaled.

First off, you did not sign up for Medicare, you signed up for Medicaid. Medicare is Title 18 of the Social Security Act (for aged or disabled) while Medicaid is Title 19 of the same act. Two different things. (FYI - Medicare does not have any maternity coverage because it is mainly for people over 65 and very few of those people require this coverage.)

Depending upon which county you live you will automatically be placed in a managed care plan such as Medipass. You are still receiving Medicaid but you must get your coverage through the plan. Many states are going to this type of plan because they are out of money and these managed care plans cost the state less. You have no choice if you live in a county that uses these plans and you must abide by the rules and regulations. You can still keep your appointment for Dr. Houghton but you will be required to pay out of pocket.

Just another example of government insurance which is one reason so many people are against the healthcare bill.

I dont know what you are doing to make "cleaning under the foreskin gets on my nerves, and it hurts", but it sure is not the normal thing for a guy to be doing. Keeping a penis clean is very easy and certainly does not cause any pain, so you are doing something wrong.

I am surprised that your father or brother(s) or some other responsible male in your life has not helped you with this personal matter before now. It is not difficult to clean under the foreskin, tight or not, and you should do it every day. Use water only, or if necessary, very mild soap. Soap can cause drying of the skin and particularly the sensitive parts of your penis, so use it sparingly.

What you need to know about circumcision is that is it a terrible mutilation of the human body. No civilised person could ever allow this to happen to someone they claim to love. Circumcision is the removal of the (male) foreskin. Uncut or uncircumcised refer to the natural state of the penis where the whole of the sexual organs are intact. About 90% of the males on Earth are no circumcised, but it is still practiced as a routine in Israel and in the USA.

Circumcision of a boy if as painful as circumcision of a girl - that means cutting of the clitoris and labia of a girl! I cannot imagine why anyone would want to inflict significant injury and permanent damage on a child or any other human. It is as good to be circumcised as it is to cut off your eyelid so your eye no longer has the protection and lubrication it was designed to have. A male was born with a foreskin for a reason, and it was not so it could be cut off!

Circumcised penises are no cleaner than a natural one - any one who says so obviously has no idea what they are talking about. It is said "World Health Organization and the Center [American spelling] of Disease Control want all males circumcised", but that is not true. The benefits of a foreskin far outweigh the benefits of circumcision. Only a fool would want to inflict such terrible carnage on another human. WHO and CDC do support circumcision, but only because American doctors and pharmaceutical companies make huge dollars out of the cruel process. They are willing to sacrifice human health and wellbeing on the altar of monetary greed.

Circumcision of the male is just as barbaric and cruel as circumcision of the female. Most people would not even consider inflicting such damage on a girl, yet some still consider it an acceptable practice to perform on a boy.
