I'd personally say offer 2, because of the higher base rate and the free insurance/parking, also if you don't like the job your only gona be in it for a year. And if all does go well then you'll probally be offered a raise or promotion. The only down side is the bonus, but 12% is pretty nice still.

All in all i say job 2, but good luck in whatever you choose, and I hope your happy.
