You can get a 96 Accord without a salvaged title in good condition for $2500 on ebay, craigslist, wherever.

Why don't you have a bank account? This is a red flag that can indicate financial irresponsibility and possible hiding of your income.

Being an exotic dancer should not be counted against you, because this a perfectly legal way to earn a living. But, unfortunately, there is a certain amount of prejudice against those who work in this industry.

Have you been filing federal income tax returns? If you have not, then this will be used against you.

You giving temporary guardianship to them will definitely be counted against you. That she lived with them full-time for two years will be counted against you. You moving around alot will definitely be counted against you.

I'm sorry, but it sounds as though you are gearing up for a very nasty custody battle.
