LOL they seem like idiots! I don't really care for my vet clinic either, but they are not half as bad as the one you went to. Our vet clinic as sitting room and the usually make people with aggressive dogs go out side and wait or wait in there car until someone comes to get them and tells them its time to see them. Our clinic never tries to talk you into something you don't want to do or purchase, they just suggest what a good thing to do is. I bet the doctor was even better right? No I would not return there, but you get what you pay for. My vet is 42 bucks for an exam and I still don't really care for them. Your clinic is quite a bit cheaper. I am sorry I don't know any where in your area that is a good place, but Its a huge area so I am sure there are lots of places to choose from. Just keep checking them out until you find a vet that you like.

Ours did something similar the last time we went. The phone number they had on file was old so I had called them and I wanted the number to be mine because I like to be the one who talkes to the vet not my boyfriend. Any ways I had called them becasue are dog was not feeling good and the lady still said we didn't have the right number so I gave them my cell phone number again for the second time. We agreed to bring a stool sample in for testing to see what was wrong with the dog. I had talked to the vet and my BF was dropping it off while I was at work. So when he came in to drop it off the lady had no idea that he was coming in even though I called. Well the lady I talked to didn't even put our record into the today box so no had records of him coming in. So they took the samples and then agian said he have the wrong phone number so my BF gave the vet his phone number and I wanted to talk to the vet not him! So now they have his number on file even though I asked them to change it two mine twice! Then they called him and said there was nothing wrong with the dog even though his stools contaied blood and he was not eating. He seems fine now, but I still wonder. Sound like we both need a new vet!

It depends on your broker/bank. Closing costs can differ from broker to broker. In your initial application to the lender you shoudl have recieved a Good Faith Estimate (or GFE) that breaks down ESTIMATED cost. Now, I highlighted "estimate" because it's simply that - a best guess.

Talk directly to your mortgage rep and ask them what your out-of-pocket will be. Most lenders allow some closing costs to be rolled into the loan, even in a 100% purchase.

Listen! Hire a lawyer and stop ranting and raving. There are two different kinds of law, civil, and criminal. It is a "crime" to violate criminal law, and the police enforce it. It is a "tort" to violate civil law, and you have to sue for satisfaction. It is very simple, so even if you cut and paste every section of Texas Labor and Insurance Law, it still won't make it a police matter. A half dozen people have already told you so.

The only thing you can't do (legally) is ride the bike. As far as I know it doesn't matter how long you wait as long as you have the clean, signed title, we own about 15 bikes, and most of them are of have been uninsured and even without a title for 20+ years. Motorcycle insurance is relatively cheap, my friend with a zx6r pays a little under 200 every six months, I pay about 180 for mine, it depends more on the insurance company I believe. Those are both liability only, most people don't get collision on motorcycles because if you do crash, you're probably dead or not going to be riding for a long time, not to mention the fact that they're so much cheaper than cars to fix.

I know in Illinois, where the costs just doubled, a title transfer is about 90 bucks now. I would suggest getting your licenses then you don't have much to worry about. I've had my license for about a year now and had no trouble getting insurance after I got my license (which was about 6 months after I bought the bike)

First you gonna have to get the insurance, and then the inspection sticker, but make sure u tell him to give you a special receipt because ur gonna need it for the plates. There might be a problem because when you go get the plates they gonna give you a paper to tax the car and also to make the name change. The cost depends on what the car was sold to you for.

Never bought a car over the Internet, but I would not give any payment before I actually got the vehicle. At that time, they will sign the title over to you. If you have insurance on a vehicle now, you should have insurance for 30 days to cover the new purchase. Call your insurance agent and confirm this. If you don't have insurance on an existing vehicle now, ask your agent about taking out some on your new purchase before you go to TX. You can register once you are back to your hometown.
