The closing company I work for has hired closers that help out on the really busy days. I believe they are on a part time/as needed basis. You might check with your local companies to see if they are hiring in that capacity.

IMO - I am not sure any of these would be willing to open up an office headed by someone with little or no experience?
Its important in regards to title claims that there is a qualified person to examine the title who knows the law.

Maybe, maybe not. Call them and ask. It's quite possible that they don't realize the deal never went through.
