Try this one - http://carinsurance.deep-ice.com - I personally have their car insurance, cause it is the cheapest for my family in our area.
As I know it provides such a service for salvaged cars.

Call your local title office and let them know that you need to get the paper work to have a title signed over to you. It's not that hard to do. There are some forms he has to fill out and sign and after that...it's yours!
