Title Insurance Classes

Ben Said:

If I drop a class will I lose my health insurance coverage?

We Answered:

IF you drop under full time student status, you are dropped from the insurance.

They might not find out right away, but they WILL request reimbursement from the subscriber, after it catches up.

I would suggest NOT dropping those classes, just because you're not going to pass. If you don't want it to hurt your average, see if you can elect to take them pass/fail. Or just flat out fail them, and retake the class - only the higher of the two grades will count on your average.

Camera Sleuth (1951) -- Real-life investigator Jo Goggin uses a motion-picture surveillance camera to gather evidence. This Pete Smith Specialty short (a rare serious entry in the series) dramatizes how Mr. Goggin works. A farmer claims that an accident caused by the negligence of Goggin's client has confined him to a wheelchair, and he has sued the client for $100,000. Goggin sets out to show that the man is a fraud.

If I drop a class will I lose my health insurance coverage instantly?

We Answered:

I believe you do need to keep taking full time classes to keep insurance coverage at all. Call your parents insurance company since they cover you and ask them, they'll know the right answer.

Ian Said:

if i drop a class will it affect my title as a full time student?

We Answered:

it all depends on how many hours u are left with after drpping a full time student is classified as some1 who has atleast 12 hours currenty in classes. so if you have 14 and the class is worth 3 (most are) then that drops u down to 11 and u wud be classified as part time which wud in turn drp ur insurance
