This is just a take off on the Nigerian money scams.

There isn't a car for sale. They will try to get as much money as they can from you, and the car will never be shipped to you.

He writes: "...The car is locked in a eBay motor warehouse Chicago ready for delivery..." Hello...eBay doesn't have 'motor warehouses' in Chicago or anywhere else.

Just delete the e-mail. There's no one to sue, and no one to charge with a crime.
