Dedicated, hard working Registered Nurse with Medical and Surgical experience wishing to enter a rewarding long-term career in ..... field " .what is the exact role you ,want? do you want to specialise more? you need to put that in your objective. be specific. tailor it to each job opening (whether it is ideal or not). If you are submitting your CV to a recruiter, put your specific wish.

put your work history with last job first/reverse chronological order. so start with your current nursing, then secretarial last.

I would also suggest you change or remove "Acted as a role model and preceptor to new graduates".. maybe something more modest? "aiding students with practical experience and training "? It is up to a student to define you as a role model, not a title you can give yourself.

under skills and certifications, put your actual qualifications first, then abilities, then opinions about yourself. Pretty much, if your good at something, write excellent, otherwise just describe the skill. Sooo..
