Everything seems in line here, your processing with Countrywide seems a little high, I have a loan for them in a minute but I thought their processing was less then 950. (I also thounght they had a other fees so they may be lumping them in the 950 so it may be good to go.)

You listed two closing fees with LSI. There should only be one and It should only be around $450-595. My experiance with LSI is that the are about 10% higher then local Escrow companies (they are Nationwide) but other then the double closing fee, both the title and escrow fees seem be resonanble.

The recording fee is high but that will be adjusted after closing to around $100 or so.

The pad will also be removed later.
