All you can do is try. Capital One and Citifinancial auto offer 10% APR loans for cars and I'm sure that dealerships partner with other sources. Go look around, tell the salesman up front what you can put down (and you will probably have to come up with some kind of a down payment) and what you can afford monthly in payments. Then see what they can do.
