Reverse Mortgage Lead

Gerald Said:

Is it fair for Obama to want to tax the banks when the government made their money back and then some?

We Answered:

its not going to hurt the banks, its going to hurt the people, whenever gov't interferes with business, the business passes the costs onto the customer, same thing happened where i live, the state has new regulations on the water and light company so they in turn to keep up with gov't regulations pass the costs onto us and now i pay more for electricity and water thanks to the gov't

Paul Said:

Should someone tell the New York Times that they should at least disquise their Obama talking points the next ?

We Answered:

Hahaha....I've already said this once today. The New York Times is to Dems what Fox News is to Reps.

Has the American Dream turned into the American Nightmare?

We Answered:

It's your choice whether you want to rent or own. There are benefits and pitfalls to both options. If you are smart enough to weigh your choices and then make an informed decision, and are happy with that decision, then you, my friend, are living the American Dream. And that's something millions of Americans are doing.

I don't own my own home, but I am living the Dream, certainly not a nightmare.

The dream of owning a home is becoming a nightmare only if:
1) you were unfortunately duped by unscrupulous lenders who failed to properly disclose important information or else flat out lied or misrepresented the truth, or
2) you were stupid enough to take on a mortgage you knew you weren't able to afford because you had to "keep up with the Joneses" or you thought that living the "American Dream" meant you must, must, must buy a house.
