You want her to be able to stay in the home. The evaluation on Monday will give you an opinion on whether or not that is possible. You and your brother need to provide your other siblings a list of what her daily personal care needs are. What is needed afterwards is whether or not her needs can be meet in the home. Your brothers may be concerned about the toll for caring for your mother is taking on you. Someone also has to look at the financials. What will medicare and her long term health insurance pay for.
Where is the brother who moved in going to live?

Did your mother leave any guidelines for you and your siblings? Does anyone have power of attorney or powers under her health directive- if she has one? If she doesn't have a health directive then you need to get one while she is still lucid in the eyes of the courts.

You need to visit the facility before you dismiss it. Express to your siblings about your fear that she will lose it if moved from her home. See how that can be eased.
