Look for old people...

Seriously... Put on seminars in retirement communities, senior clubs, at the library, where ever you find seniors gather.

Reverse mortgages are a hard sell because many seniors don't understand the program, don't trust you, and have potential heirs telling them not to do it.

Your sales pitch needs to be FREE education, the sales will follow.

start with your personal bank... wells fargo bank in Oregon does reverse mortgages.......but be care full out there in reverse mortgage land ..you can get stuck!!
