I'm not an expert on the bofa reverse mortgage itself, but basically it's obviously for "seniors" and generally when one thinks of a mortgage it's you paying the bank and eventually you get your home free and clear...well reverse the rolls, the bank pays the senior/s they live in the home...and eventually the bank owns your home, or when death occurs they are the primary on the home...the technicalities of it are very intricate and individual for each lender of this mortgage type...it's a good plan for some people who really have nothing to live on that are too old to work but don't have enough...but it really screws everyone else over in the process...but hey you gotta live, you gotta live...hope this answers your question as to the basics.

They are systematically reducing the Middle Class , by shipping jobs overseas , keeping wages low and bringing in Illegal immigrants , to keep wages low and take ( the jobs that white people won't ) . Who , will buy the goods , if the middle class don't have jobs to make the money to buy the goods.

There is such a thing as "cyber begging." If you search on this, you will find several websites where you can post your story, and there may be someone out there why would give you money to help. Be careful, however, most sites DO charge a listing fee.

There is also something called "micro lending," which is where people will LEND you money, even a little to no interest. Two of the biggest micro-lending sites are listed below. You don't need to be poor, black, starving, with bugs in your eyes, and in Africa to list on the micro-lending sites.

There is a principle in law known as "the de facto Officer Doctrine" that would apply. The Supreme Court says that the official acts of a fraudulent elected official stand, because it would be too confusing to unravel. All laws signed, appointments made, treaties negotiated, awards given, etc. would hold.

"The de facto officer doctrine confers validity upon acts performed by a person acting under the color of official title even though it is later discovered that the legality of that person's appointment or election to office is deficient...The de facto doctrine springs from the fear of the chaos that would result from multiple and repetitious suits challenging every action taken by every official whose claim to office could be open to question, and seeks to protect the public by insuring the orderly functioning of the government despite technical defects in title to office." Ryder v. United States (94-431), 515 U.S. 177 (1995).
