Td Mortgage Insurance

Rita Said:

I am planning on buying a house very soon, as I don't want to pay rent anymore..?

It may not be time for you yet. Renting is much cheaper and you might make expensive mistakes like getting a mortgage from the first place you apply. Shopping for the loan is as important as shopping for the house.
Once you get a house your emergency fund will need to be much higher than as a renter since you may have many more emergencies. Read a book or watch a movie named the money pit.
A home will also require many things you don't already own like lawn mower, outside garbage cans, etc. Also you can't change locations for jobs easily and as a new grad you might need to.
Renting is much more flexible and cheaper than owning over the first few years.
Wait until you can afford a house and want to mow lawns or grow things and your life is stable to get a first house. Also pick the correct size home too small and you won't have room for roommates or future spouse or children, too large and everything from heat to a new roof cost more.
