They are scammers. It should be illegal, I do not know if it is.

My father, who is in his 70's, is the kind they target. He is so honest he has a hard time fathoming the incredible low morals some people have. It is beyond what he can grasp. He brings me this kind of mail all of the time (I personally do not receive any), and every time I have to prove to him it is a scam. Sometimes twice, LOL!
