Mortgage Insurance Companies Of America

Nellie Said:

Trying to buy a short sale...?

We Answered:

Justin is correct, it all depends on what its worth.

I should let you know that you probably have at least a 45 day wait before you get an answer back from Fannie and the the PMI, as to whether they will approve the file or not. I should also warn you that one of them may come back and counter as well. Not trying to discourage you, just letting you know reality. I have had a couple files at BofA that had both, and had a quick turn around, but most of them took at least 45 days minimum.

Good Luck.

Claudia Said:

Do conservatives accept any responsibility for America's problems?

We Answered:

Conservatives can take responsibility for sitting back and letting the country drift into a "free for all" society. Unemployment was created by a lot of things including a bloated work force, high business taxes, and very unscrupulous CEOs. Only a person with their head buried deep in the sand knows WHO is responsible for sub prime mortgages. The wars were started because of the "best" intel from many countries and organizations. You can stop pointing fingers at Bush when Obama is doing exactly the same to escalate the war in Afghanistan. I fail to see how Bush made insurance companies deny coverage to anyone. Do you take responsibility for asking a question full of misinformation?

Charles Said:

Hillary Clinton best choice for democratic party and America?

We Answered:

She's done, and I'll bet you cash money. What do you say?

Wade Said:

Do you think that it is very possible for the United States to fall apart and cease to exist like the USSR?

We Answered:

The way I look at it ... anything is possible although nothing is guaranteed anymore, especially in this lifetime.

Yet the more I sit back and read about the failing economy, the falling stock market, the rising oil prices and the alarming rate of unemployed people who are damn near homeless and starving ... I grow concerned for this 'once great' country.

Never has it been the land of the free as everyone is taught and led to believe, especially with all costs rising, like food, shelter and fuel not to mention taxes. In the end we all pay something to someone and I know that it's not the middle class, the working class or the poor that is benefiting from it. Instead it's the fat cats sitting high on the hog and sneering down their noses at those that they feel are beneath them.

In the end I see grave times falling upon the US, yet it shows signs of being worse then the very first Stock Market Crash and Great Depression. I'm not sure who I feel sorry for the most, those who will cause the total downfall of the US or those who will feel it the worst, like the poor and the working classes that struggle to make it each month.

Guy Said:

Which Presidential candidate can address this WITHOUT anything more than a one-time, $700 billion bailout?

We Answered:

Well I am not sure either candidate can ensure this will happen for America. The president cannot force companies to make smart decisions. ( Hence I would rather them feel the heat a little longer) The question is do we want a free-trade or not??

If we can swallow the regulation we are going to need to fix this (and I hope we can) then we may have to give up our definition of what free-trade is.

Discuss It!
