Insurance Lead Life Mortgage

Andy Said:

ky custody/child support questions - please help!!?

We Answered:

Health insurance is considered when establishing support. BUT with that said, $25 per week is a very very small support payment. My son's father didn't have a job when we went to court and they based his at minimum wage in 2000 which was $5.15 per hour at 40 hours per week and I get $51.41 per week. He really does need to be paying more then he is right now. It doesn't really matter how she gets her money.

Now, if you believe you would provide the better home for the child you need to find an attorney and try to get physical custody. You will need to provide prood and documentation, not just he said she said stuff.

Is Obama a communist, a fascist, and socialist all in one? Is that why there is so much confusion?

We Answered:

Give it up. He is none of those things. He did not confiscate the auto industry--you are ignorant or just misleading. "Much of the mortgage and finance industries?" That is really laughable.

Are we ready to buy a home? Can we really afford one?

We Answered:

Halfway through I was going to say yes, but $200k? uh...

I ran a couple quick numbers assuming some of your downpayment has to go to closing costs and that a 30 year loan at 4.8% (maybe a bit high), WITHOUT taxes and insurance that's about $1,000/month. But your bank will collect a little more to make sure taxes and insurance are paid and if a townhouse, any association fees (in my area, townhouses usually have associations that are anywhere from $50 to $1,800 per year).

The bank will probably say your house payment has to be less than 28% of your income, and they may require after-taxes, not gross. I am not sure you'd make it under that, plus what would happen if you had a baby or one of you got injured, laid off, etc.

Is there anything else less expensive but still livable for your starter home?

Is Obama a communist, a fascist, and socialist all in one?

We Answered:

The three aren't opposites, but closely related philosophies. They are all branches of STATISM -- a persuasion, that the STATE ought to be all-powerful and trump the INDIVIDUAL.

This is opposite to the Founding Fathers' Libertarianism, of course. And has a failure rate of 100%, I might add...
