The guy above me seems to have some issue with being secure in himself! Anyways... The market is slower right now and sales are down. It is the dead season for buying and selling because people are focussed on giving not getting, so they are less likely to buy a house for them self. The fact that you have not been doing this long is why your not seeing the money in mortgage and it does take a bit of time and sacrifice to get ahead in this business. I think you should take care of your familys needs and make sure that you are providing for you all and make sure that whatever job you take can pay your bills. The things we hold dear to us are not money, and posetions, but they are our family (wether by blood or by choice) and friends and the time we spend with them. God has given you a gift of music and a love for people and you should take you family where ever he leads you. I hope this helps. Im sure your family will be behind you no matter where you go!
