There are no loans that do not require a down payment.....excepy a VA loan. If you are a Veteran or presently in the armed forces and with enough entitlement available you qualify for a VA loan. I would assume if you are being offered any other kind of loan that allows 100% finance you are dealing with a sub-prime lender...........and unless you live in a cave you have heard all about the dangers of getting a sub prime loan.
