As FBI may investigate White House's job offer to Rep. Sestak, does FBI have score to settle with Obama & crew?

We Answered:

I agree. The voters of Pennsylvania, most likely feel as though they've been dealt with quite dirty. At the very minimum clear evidence that the White House did indeed attempt to influence their choices and manipulate the outcome of a Senate race exists. An attempt to use his bully pulpit and all the resources that come with it, demonstrated that President Obama would use his power in a corruptive way to generate an outcome of his choosing--not the voters.

The fact that Rahm Emmanuel and Bill Clinton are also attached to this story only belie the likelihood of monkey business, not the assurance of its absence. After all it was these two characters that took great delight fifteen years ago to put the legal system through tortured distortions of things like the word "is."

But if the White House stalls, delays, disallows, or disrupts an investigation undertaken by the feds or the State of Pennsylvania then the only and last resort Pennsylvanians will have is to vote for Pat Toomey in overwhelming numbers to assure that their choice is executed without manipulation.

Crimes don't have to be committed for wrong doing to be exposed, and whether or not what the White House did was a felony, misdemeanor, or a legal act, there can be no dispute that, "We the people" were thwarted and that maleficent political action must be accounted for. o_O

Cory Said:

So my bank just went bankrupt?

We Answered:

actually, the last commentor is wrong. a man in PA is getting away with that, but that was as a last resort. he was forclosed on and then decided to make the argument that the mortgage lender was not the owner of the property.

most of the time loans are sold as part of a banks bankrupcy settlement, so you will have to pay someone. send it to the address you are used to sending it to until you get two notices in the mail (one from that address, one from the new one) saying to change. one suggestion might be to call your company and let them know you cant pay and see what they can do to work with you.

If a property is auctioned at a sheriff's sale, will the person holding a 2nd lien against it get their $$$?

We Answered:

Sorry but you are properly out of luck, and will have to pursue the person personally if your state allows it, but in general when the first lean holder forecloses on a property its called a Senior note and by law its foreclosure wipes out all other notes/ encumbrances that came afterward including your second note, so its wipe out and the first note can sell the house free and clear of all junior notes/ encumbrances , now exception occur like taxes and certain municipal liens
