Mortgage Lenders North Carolina

Bertha Said:

What was the "Unintended Consequences" of this Liberal Policy?

We Answered:

Maybe the mess the housing market is in now.
But there will be probably a dozen posts that blame it on Bush when you clearly show it started years before he even announced his run for president.

Erika Said:

By Blaming Bush, is Obama taking advantage of an ignorant populace?

We Answered:

Yes. Too many people buy into sound bites and the daily feed they get from Twitter - remember Obama was the first candidate to utilize the power of the Internet to get his canned message out. When people fail to do their own research and, further fail to delve into stories that are barely covered, then they will always be clueless as to the truth. Then again, they don't want to find out the truth because then they would look like fools for voting for him in the first place. Hope and Change is one of the biggest infomercials of our time - selling a product that doesn't exist and won't do the job it was advertised to do. Those of us who do not support him do our homework - which the other side doesn't like as they prefer everyone to remain in blissful, shameful ignorance, fawning over his magnificence. Bush administration blocked efforts to prevent housing crisis?

We Answered:

Here is C-Span 2 video back in 2004 that shows republicans warning about having to clean up the problem with Freddie Mac if they do not get regulations. It shows the democrats reaction and their very feverent efforts to stop regulating Freddie and Fannie.

Here is video of Bill Clinton making the claim that democrats refused to tighten up regulations of Freddie and Fannie after being warned by the republicans.

Here is a video of Ron Paul that shows that he was talking about the housing bubble in 2003 and no one listened to him.

Willie Said:

What is the next step in a situation where the 2nd lien mortgage has not been paid?

We Answered:

See your attorney who handled the foreclosure matters for you immediately. When the first lienholder foreclosed, all subordinate debt should have been wiped out in the foreclosure.

If you made the big mistake of not getting an attorney when you were hit with the foreclosure, get one now! That debt may have been (and should have been!) wiped out by the first mortgageor in the foreclosure.

Do not under any circumstances speak to the holder or any representative of that second mortgage lien! Hang up! Get the name of caller and give it to your attorney. Do NOT say a word, just write down caller's name & number. Best to leave your phone on the answering machine at all times to get that info. Give it to your atty, and let the atty handle them.
