How can i get a list of mortgage lenders? We Answered:
The easiest way to get a list of mortgage lenders who are active in Hawaii is to go to any real estate agent (even if you are not buying or selling). Most real estate offices keep lists of lenders and are happy to provide them.It also makes sense to compare rates with those of online lenders. One reputable source of comparison rates for mortgages is www.lendingtree.com.
Finally, if you belong to a credit union that offers mortgage money, or can join a credit union through work, always compare their rates with any other deals you see. Credit unions usually have both good rates and a minimum of nuisance fees that can increase the amount you end up paying at other lenders.
Good luck and I hope this helps.

I need a list of Mortgage Lenders in California1st time buyer? We Answered:
Ask your real estate agent, you want one in your city so that you can sit down with them. Most of the online "lenders" will be scams. There are several dozen that hang around here, waiting to take advantage of people like you. You are not likely to get a legitimate lender in this forum. The Yellow Pages would be better then this, at least those are real people with real business licenses.Valerie Said:
