Mortgage Lender Los Angeles

Lucy Said:

Does anyone know of any lender who can help me get started with my wish to become a MTG Loan Originator?

We Answered:

Yoy might want to get in touch with a local real estate agent or company and see who they would recommend. They usually know what their prefered lenders are doing. Also watch the paper and monster.com

Good LucK!

Nancy Said:

Other than the kids & the Grandmother do you feel sorry at all for the 14 kid mom for the latest mess she->?

We Answered:

Those children should be removed from that stupid horrible 'mother'. I feel sorry for her parents but perhaps this will mean that they can get back a life of their own if the house is repossessed. Perhaps a house could be set aside for these children, not a children's home but something like the house that another famous USA couple have who also have a very large family where all the children's names begin with J ?? Those people are proper parents and give their children something that these others will lack, proper love. The 'mother' should not benefit financially from having all those babies.

Maxine Said:

Will we get lender approved?

We Answered:

Many times a Lendor will only loan money for market value of the house. Just like buying a car, if it is worth 15,000 the bank will not give you 20,000. Amenties will not matter unless it is "unlivable" which varies beyond banks. I am assuming you had a clause in the Purchase order that states "subject to lendor approval" if you are not approved yet. Hope that helps..

supplemental property tax bill in Los Angeles County?

We Answered:

The supplemental bill is for property tax for tax on the difference between your purchase price and the previous assessed value. Your purchase price would have to be more than that. Your lender has set your payment with an estimated amount for property tax. If your lender is like mine, if the account comes up short at the end of the year you will have the option of paying in enough to cover it or having your next years payment increased.
