If your APR is lower than your rate, you got a really good deal. Most times, the APR is higher than the rate. You should be thanking the broker, not thinking of a lawsuit.
If your broker only made 1.25% on a $130k loan, he/she is not one of the bad guys. That amount is barely enough to cover the costs of doing the loan. Where I work, it costs me $1900 to get a loan done.
Also, the lender fees are only in lines 801-817 on the settlement sheet. Make sure you aren't mixing those up with other fee, like title company fees(1100's & 1300's), government recording charges(1200's), and your escrow account (900's and 1000's). The numbers in the quotes are the line numbers on the HUD-1. Each charge has its own section.

Yeah doesnt seem like the best rate. I have a 720 Fico with plenty of debt and got a 6.0% rate.

Shop around a little more.
