3 months then your house goes into "foreclosure." Pay that mortgage ASAP. Your home is on the line. Don't think about filing for a "Chapter 11," because you will have to pay the money you owe and you will not be able to get ANY LONES from any bank, and your credit score is going to be low. By not paying your martgage, your credit score has dropped a lot.

SO, PAY THAT MORTAGE ASAP, or lose your house that you worked so hard to get.

Contact a mortgage broker. they are very well educated as to what lenders are the best for each type of situation. I work for a sub-prime lender named New Century Mortgage. There are many out there such as Long Beach Mortgage, Countrywide has a sub-prime division, Ameriquest, First Franklin and MANY others! Most places do not do direct consumer lending and the only way you can get a loan is to go through a mortgage broker.

Actually the house will have to be more, the mortgage will be 100k, but you still have to make a down payment. 110k at least.

There are lenders who will do 80k, Go to a mortgage broker in your town. Ignore the scum you will hear from after thsi post, there are lots of dirt bags looking for victims like you.
