depends on so many things your age earning where you live etc go to an independent mortgage adviser not one linked to bank they will just recommend their own products. They are usually free for first time buyers they charge the bank you get the mortgage with otherwise you pay around £200-300 but well worth it as a good one can save you a fortune.
