Two Membership Options

Two types of membership exist. Read more about the benefits of becoming a member.

Individual Membership
Individual Membership $100.00. This membership is for individuals employed by a Lender, Servicer, subsidiary, FZD company, an insurance company or agency, a federal agency or regulator, GSE for housing, or other interested organization. This membership allows you to vote, hold office, serve on committees, obtain a Flood Guide, receive a one-year subscription to the quarterly NLIC newsletter.

Corporate Membership
Corporate Membership $250.00. This membership includes up to 15 people of a Lending Institution, a Mortgage Loan Servicing Organization, or subsidiary of a lending institution, or any other interested organization. This membership entitles you to vote, hold office, have up to 15 recipients of the quarterly NLIC newsletter, obtain one Flood Guide, and participate in two NLIC standing committees.
