I agree, one of the biggest issues in America is rampant and uncontrolled profiteering and the expense of poor people.

We spend more per person on health care than any other nation, yet we rank (according to the CIA) 46th in the world for infant mortality.

The money clearly isn't all going into the health care system, much of it gets siphoned off at some point.
