compare death claims ratio and how much others paid and LIC paid

Life insurance policies death benefit goes to nominee only. upto 2007-2008 LIC settled 98.65% death claims

previous generation, and our generation saw the claims settled by LIC.

After death we are not able to see how the claim will settle but we heard and saw the nominees who

got benefited from LIC with settled claims. Going with Market leader in Life insurance is safe side.

nearly 23 crore policies are with LIC. Assets Under Management(AUM) of LIC is 8.5 lakh crores.

no other insurance company is not having this much AUM with them.

They are not having even 5% of LIC "s AUM. Hello, this is money matter.not silly matter

Obviously I cannot list every state, but there is variation based upon the state itself and the malpractice lawsuit climate within that state.

States who have instituted punitive and financial caps on malpractice awards have seen a reduction in the premiums for coverage. I cannot recall these states offhand.

In the USA, vandalism is covered under the comprehensive part of your policy and is usually not a "surchargable" claim. Simply call your insurance and ask first before submitting a claim.

Find a local glass shop and depending on the model vehicle it should be MUCH less than your deductible and you would pay UP TO your deductible anyway so it's better to NOT turn it in. If you do it will not affect your rates. Comprehensive damage does not affect your rates with MOST insurance companies.

Some insurance companies do glass replacement at no cost to the insured.

If you have an Allstar Glass Co or Safelite in your area these are good glass companies with reasonable rates.

Who said they have the power to regulate insurance rates? You need to look at each states constitution to see if they have that power.

It could be argued that the fed has the right to regulate insurance rates only in the case of a citizen buying insurance across state lines under the "interstate commerce claus". But that is the only time the fed can do it.
