I use Geico insurance as a driver off my parents insurance. For the first six months of my license I paid $250/mo. After six months, I went down to $125/mo, but that also includes a Good Student discount.

Yours will be a bit higher, because you are a male and you live in Baltimore (city I'm assuming?). Also my rates are liability only.
