for the max is about 20 a month or so and yes the law was changed where you can send it to who ever you want and I think you can send it to 10 different people if you so chose. I am using my mom and dad right now as I am not married and I have no kids. You will do this on day one, I think even at meps..... I dont know when I did mine but it is one of the first papers you sign when you sign the contract.

Larry prevailed. Because an accountant can never force you to take a postion on a return. They can only say they will not sign a return on which you take such a position.

Also, the monies that the niece paid were a gift to Larry not income. If the employer had provided the extra coverage it would be income but not premiums paid by a relative on life insurance coverage.
