Car insurance that is law is liability to someone else. I have a car with only liability by my choice. If I wreck it, insurance won't fix it. Health insurance is not a liability issue and if a person chooses not to have it, it should not be law that they do.

You can't find it on the internet, but you can go in person to the state insurance department, and ask to see the filed rates, and look at it yourself. If you can figure it out.

Or, you can call a local agent in the new state, near where you're going to live, and ask them to quote you in a few different cities, just to see the comparison. Or, you can go to progressive.com, and do the same thing yourself.

The rank and file Democrats are gloating over this event and truly think they've won.

There will be a huge debt for the Democrats to pay in the next election, and they know that what they did was political suicide, and a huge awakening in the Democrat rank and file obliviousness this November.

If you need to ask this question on Yahoo! Answers you probably should be talking to a broker or an agent. Health insurance is too important to get advice from strangers who have no idea what you can afford and what the state of your health is.
