We Answered:The type of insurance doesnt really matter, this is an issue of premium financing. Most personal auto policies will offer payments, as will many commercial auto, direct-bill companies. You are talking about financing the premium through a third party, basically a loan from a bank for the amount you need for premium. This varies based on the amount financed, your payment/credit history, and the amount your agent is getting off the deal. You are signing a contract and they can give you whatever rate they want. My advice would be to call a few different agents in your area and/or your bank to see who will offer you the least expensive loan.
I agree that Taxi/Limo Insurance is expensive, but that makes sense simply due to the amount of time on the road. Sorry, thats just the way it is.
