You should receive a driving ban and a community sentence.
Although why they ban people who obviously don't care, and have already shown that they won't comply with the law re driving documents anyway, always amazes me.

The one thing you will get is very high insurance premiums if you ever bother to get any in the future.

It will also harm your chances of getting a decent job of course.

Have you checked with the NHS? Are you SURE there aren't any Chiropractors taking it?
I was a Medicare Chiropractic provider in the US (about the same thing as NHS) and what was so sad was nearly NOBODY knew it was possible!
Call your plan administrator and find out.
Otherwise call several Chiropractic offices and ask them if they can give you a discount if you pay yourself or prepay - I used to always give 6 for the price of 5 treatments.
Make also sure they aren't sticking you with hidden charges the first day, and that they WILL treat you the first day.
If they won't they are crooks - and I know them well.

Yes you are entitled to a British passport, because you have Indefinite Leave to Remain.
You need to go to the Home Office Web site and there is information and forms to fill in there.
and by the way . The passport will cost you £740. I know it's not fair but that is how much it cost for people who are a loud to remain but not born in Britain.
