if you have the pet insurance before the hip problem you will be covered. if the hip problem comes first, it will be considered a pre exisiting condition, there are other factors at play which I don't really want to get into here.

It covers heavy physical damage, water damage, lost or stolen, etc...basically anything your warranty doesn't cover.

There is a $50 deductible to claim insurance. Just call them and tell them you broke something on the phone.

If they refuse, your only recourse is to pursue the matter in small claims court. I would think most restaurants have some sort of liability insurance, for which they would pay the deductible, the insurance company the remainder. If you're claiming the shoes are ruined beyond repair, you'd most likely only be entitled to fair market value & not a new pair, as you 've had some use of the shoes.

I had BCBS through work. As part of the Future Moms program they were able to reimburse up to $300 for items including the purchase or rental of a breast pump. Some of the other items available for reimbursement were childbirth class, jogging stroller, gym membership, etc.
I do not know if the Future Moms program was exclusive to my employer or if it is standard with BCBS.
I opted to purchase a Medela Pump In Style Breast Pump with Shoulder Bag. The purchase price of $251.99 was reimbursed by insurance (took about 6 weeks to get the refund check). I have been very happy with my purchase!

the only thing you can do is nothing . unless your a soldier you can get it suspended if your're going on tour
