Hugh Said:

What does Fully Comprehensive Cover actually covers?

We Answered:

Car insurance does not cover the cost or repairs due to things wearing out or breaking down - only for accident type damage

Cassandra Said:

i am looking for pet insurance. What is most comprehensive plan to cover visits, dental and accidents?

We Answered:

Take the money it would cost you each month for the insurance and put it in a seperate savings account or a piggy bank. This will likely cover your dogs medical expenses. You should save anywhere from $10 - $30 a month. Some insurance plans can run as high as $50 a month. It will also depend upon the breed of dog.

Keith Said:

What Does Comprehensive Insurance Cover, Third Party Fire & Theft & No Claims Bonus Mean?

We Answered:

Comprehensive is "other" physical damage to your vehicle" other than collision. It covers things like Hail damage, Fire, Theft, Vandalism and deer damage. If you hit a tree this is collision coverage.

No claims bonus is a "lowering" of your deductible if you have no losses for a period of time.

Angela Said:

what and who does comprehensive car insurance cover?

We Answered:

Simply put, comprehensive auto insurance is exactly what it sounds like — coverage no matter what happens. Most conventional policies pertain only to moving accidents and theft, but the comprehensive version covers literally the full panoply of potential hazards. From acts of God like floods and blizzards through vandalism and more, there need not be an identified perpetrator for you to collect on that claim.

About car insurance, I would like to know what is the best thing to do here?

We Answered:

You have a policy excess and have to pay the first £350 of any claim.
It is a bit of a balancing act if the cost is over £350 because if you claim your premium wil increase next year and maybe the year after, so it may be best to pay or repair it yourself if the cost is slightly above £350. Your No claims bonus is just that and you will lose some of that if you have any unless you have no claims protection.
Only you can take these matters into account particularly as the other side may have a claim against you for the damage to their vehicle and whiplash even on a shunt. I would not jump to anything but keep your receipts make sure you have notified your insurance if you repair yourself and the make your claim if the other side claim from you. It is important that the insurance company is aware of what is going on
