Swift Insurance Cover

Timothy Said:

Dear Sir can i believe on this email which can make my dream come true to do the overseas job here the details?

We Answered:

Huh? What has that got to do with R&S?

Josephine Said:

IS it true? yahoo had any lottery program?

We Answered:

Scam!!!!! That message is both a fake and an outright fraud. Don't contact the phishers and give them any of your personal information at all. Spam that scam message straight into oblivion right away. This is one lottery you'll never win because it's "bogus."

Another thing, the phishers telling you to "keep this lottery information confidential" would indicate to you not to say anything about this to anybody until they have finished scamming you.

Can i get my money back the bank took?

We Answered:

Say you have no money in your account at all and a direct debit like this, or even a check, hits the account. The direct debit will be 'sent back' because there is no money there, and for checks it is called 'bouncing' the check. Because the system still tried to process it, it automatically charges a fee for a 'returned item'. They see it as they are doing extra work processing and returning things, so they should get a fee for it. Hence the 30. I would recommend cancelling the automatic debit, and setting it up so you can pay it directly yourself each month so this doesn't happen again. It also sounds like the direct debit ran again and was paid. That would be swift cover that did that. They got something back saying they didn't get their money, so they automatically run it again to try again. I recommend you call your bank and kindly explain the situation. Sometimes they refund the whole fee, or sometimes a partial to help you out just that once. But it was not bank error, so they do not have any real obligation to do it. Worth a shot though. Good luck :)
