Insurance is in general is a ripoff. Health INSURANCE is no exception. Insurance goes something like this....YOU pay company X dollars a month....then hope you dont come down with an illness so lets say $100/mo(unrealistsic, but just to use a round figure) and you have it for 10 months you just spent $1000 then you go to doctor and your insurance covers the $120 visit and you are happy not remembering that you just payed $1000 for the visit. They try to get you on the back end.

In general if you have the self-discipline put money away for medical and be your own insurance. Then if you have a serious illness insurance companies(despite what they say) will have specialists review your claim and try to find a way out of paying and leave you to foot the bill. That is these peoples jobs to find a way to "weasel" out of paying. They run a business not a charity so all they care about id the BOTTOM LINE(MONEY).

Man those idiots above me I feel like delivering a real answer: You could look into eBay however you have to be 18. You could look into desinging websites for people, You could wash cars, you could mow lawns.

Even though you cant technically start an eBay account yourself maybe you could get a parent to do it for you. However take not their is a monthly paypal fee but there are plenty of people who do make a living on this site so it does take a lot of patience to learn how to make profit on it. I suggest reading a "how to sell on ebay book"
