You sure can ask the manager . . . but boots NORMALLY are on the ground, and NORMALLY get stuff on them . .. so it might be a tough arguement that this is NOT normal use.

If you subcontract more than 25% of your work, you're a General Contractor. The key is finding a company WILLING to insure you. NO, they aren't all the same, but in the construction industry, beggars can't be choosers, so to speak, so you need to just FIND someone WILLING to insure your business. Get a few quotes, compare deductibles & coverages, and then pick.
