just blag it,
don't lie as such just say you have been away with family for a few years and worked aboard,

you need to build up you experience so why not do some voluntary work that will look great on your cv because it makes you look pro active,

also if you say you are currently studying as well it makes you look willing to learn this is the type of thing employers look for just make sure it wont conlift with your working hours

I'd suggest checking the company out online as far as website and then contact them by email and inquire about their hiring process and any current openings. You can probably tell them about the contact information you received and if that person, email, and phone number does exist within the company, There are a lot of job scams out there now, specially the ones you get in email referring to being a Representative for some offshore textile, art companies. You do end up getting a check, but beware, the check you get is a FRAUD. See these companies want you to cash the check you get from one of their customers, take your 10% out, then send them the rest by Western Union. What they don't tell you is that the check you receive is stolen or from a closed/ non-existing account. You get stuck with the consequences of cashing the fraudulent check.

Well there is a Maiden Law Hospital but, if the offer of employment is exactly the one you received I would be a little suspicious.
Grammatically it is far for perfect and the offer itself seems to be too good to be true.
The salary is in excess of £100.000 PA which is very high for a Physio.
You do not appear to have had a formal interview this is most unusual.
They also state that you will be reimbursed for your travel expenses.
This looks highly suspicious to me so be very careful. If it were me I would telephone and ask for more information.
I have been onto the website address and it states that this is a job offer fraud.

So what have you been doing all those years? I expect you have done voluntary work and attended various courses. Even if you have just stayed at home and looked after a baby or two, that is experience.

My wife is an American citizen and we spent lots of time traveling between countries. Since she coming from a low risk country all she needs is:

Return ticket.
The address of where she is staying, including postcode and phone number.
Name of the person she is visiting.
Reason for staying - no evidence just needs to say visiting family and friends.

They wont check any of the document your girlfriend has, except passport (she will need at least 6 months on her passport). The worst case she might need to prove that she is carrying enough money to cover her cost of stay (a few hundred dollars is enough).

You need nothing, they will not even check to see if you are there.

The only thing that really needs to be monitored is the time she has spent in the UK, she needs to have at no more than 3 months in a 6 month period or 6 months in a 12 month period. keep to this and you'll be fine. The only problems my wife and I had was me getting into America (they don't like people who visit regularly) and her when she had her level to remain visa for the UK.
