I've had the same trouble... until I went to a cosmetics counter and they had me try this airbrush concealer by Clinique. YOu can see it at http://www.clinique.com/templates/produc…
So, go to a major dept store that sells Clinique and ask them if they can test it out on you. It is a little pricey, but well worth it!

I think he's some kind of autist, (living in his own world, and not getting in touch with his own household..)
does he have a job?? its hard to imagine someone like that does..
(not because he's autistic, but because of the abandonation of himself + the house.

if i were you i would - tell him to clean his house + go to the hairdresser shop for some new clothes.
for proof send you a pic from him and his house.
if that works out, ask him to search counceling,
maybe eventually you can be friends again.
if not just block him on email, aim or whatever website.
