IS IT NORMAL... to have doubts in life?

We Answered:

But I could just be pessimistic. And abnormal. Or normally unpessimistic.

Moo, you are a sum total of your life's experiences. Your parents and/or significant others shaped your reality. You were a blackboard that people wrote on. You eventually write your own script but it is colored by what has gone before. Over time you modify and adapt to survive. We all carry much emotional baggage.

The hard part in life is revisiting what has been encoded, through set neural pathways in our brain. Many of us have to reprogram the way we think and change these neural pathways. No one is perfect. We adapt.
We change. We evolve. We survive the best we can.

Anxiety is always with us in some form. If we have suffered some emotional setback, health issue, or trauma then it colors our perceptions. We can develop a fear for the unknown and look negatively at future possibilities.

To overcome negatively, we must revisit the past. Deal with the issues. Let the emotions out. Talk the issues through. Expose the core emotions. Do not reject or flee from them.

Balance will come. There are many confounding variables. Life is a confounding variable!

I don't agree with the phrase 'if it is meant for me, it will be." Don't let fate deal your hand in life. Take charge, take control, take the power for yourself. You are the most important person on this earth. It's your reality.

You must challenge the past to renew the future. Some have biological issues that may not be resolved without help.
Have faith in your decisions. Be happy to say 'no'. Take the drivers seat and the controls. Drive your life to where you want to go. Just don't drink and drive and put your seat belt on!

Moo, you don't have to be a cow all your life!!

what does fib mean for protection in life assurance?

We Answered:

Family income benefit.
It's a policy for a fixed term.
If you die during the term, your relatives get an income for the rest of the term.
If you survive to the end of the term, you get nothing.
