Find out how much it will cost in legal fees to fight your case and compare it to how much you will lose from your insurance if you get them to pay for the damage.
You may find that you will be better off not to pursue the matter.

Na, if you want a kid you might wanna try a state where the woman gets paid. Would women do it for other men for free? Sure. If my brother was gay and wanted a baby I'd be a surrogate for him for free. He could just use a donor egg (not mine) and I'll carry his baby for him.

But if during the interview process I found out the single man was some egotistical insane lunatic who hated women and was mentally unstable, no, I wouldn't carry his baby for free or for a million dollars. Sorry Na.

It sure is. If you don't get it, he can give you anywhere from 48 hours up to 4 weeks to move your stuff. That depends on local codes and laws. If he says you gotta have it, than you gotta have it.
