generally health insurance will not cover pre existing conditions, esp if they are on going. if you think about it insurance is protection against something that may happen, not will happen or has already happened. There may be a company out there that is prepared to cover you but i would guess they would put impose a few conditions and an excess fee. sorry i can't help any more but good luck

Insurance only covers illnesses yet undisclosed, routine vaccinations are paid separately. some vets have their own system where you can make regular payments to cover non insurable items. Best get in touch with your vet see what they recommend

I don't know, but for most insurance policies when you sign up with them you agree to tell them of any change in your status, so YOU should notify them. If you don't, and have an accident, they won't pay out because you defrauded them by not supplying needed information to them.
