Most health insurance has little to no coverage for dental and vision unless the treatment is medically necessary. Some do have dental and vision as an option but the coverage is generally poor or not cost effective. I'm a health insurance agent and I do not have the optional coverage even though my health insurance offers it. I use a fee for service discount plan which I got here http://www.dpbrokers.com/default.aspx?lo… specifically the Aetna Dental Access plan but which one you get depends upon your area and comparing the fee schedule to find the best for what you need covered.
