does insurance cover fitted perscription color contact lences?

We Answered:

Most insurances will not cover cosmetic things like colored contact lenses. Most insurance policies don't even cover prescription eyewear be it contacts or glasses. Your best bet would be to just call an agent at Health First and ask them the extent of your coverage with the policy you have.
